Two H-F Seniors Conducting Research at Vanderbilt
Two Hume-Fogg seniors are among 11 MNPS students conducting research with Vanderbilt professors. Yanni L. is researching Helicobacter pylori pathogenesis with Richard Peek, M.D., and Elizabeth W. is researching intestinal colonic biology with Chris Williams, M.D., Ph.D. These students, who are in the Vanderbilt School for Science and Math offered to selected MNPS students, will work approximately seven hours each week with the university. During the fall, students will continue laboratory research and participate in various science competitions. In the spring semester, they will engage in outreach projects.
